Position: OHD Testing Lead (Officiating History Document)
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per month
OffTech is hiring a Testing Lead for the Officiating History Document. As a testing lead, you will be responsible for leading testing strategies with a small team of dedicated testers for the OHD, gathering user feedback, and reporting back to the broader OHD team. Understanding of the Officiating History Document / Game History Document is required. The OHD is currently supported by a project lead and several developers. OffTech is also seeking a team of dedicated testers. Once hired, the testing lead will work closely with the testing team.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with the Officiating History Document / Game History Document
- Experience working with technical teams
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience building testing strategies for technical products
- Experience building automated tests for technical products
- Desire to build user-friendly products
General Responsibilities:
- Support the testing of the Officiating History Document
- Work with Officiating Pillar committees when implementing Officiating Products
- Communicate results of tests to a broad range of stakeholders
