Position: Instructor
Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per month (may flex up to 15 hours a month during busier times)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead/Facilitate clinics
- Available for “clinic in a box” program
- Lead online seminars
- Oversee Regional Trainers
- Assist with reviewing and approving “recognized clinics”
- Create content for online seminars and clinics
- Complete train the trainer sessions for other instructors on clinic lessons (each creator would lead a train the trainer session on their lessons for others)
Qualifications:
- Officiating for at least 2 years
- Certified Official - This requirement may be waived due to the Certification shut down
- Able to create training/education content
- Powerpoint experience preferred
- Able to travel
- Experience training and/or instructing preferred
