Position: Curriculum and Testing Specialist
Time Commitment: 5-10hs/month (depending on project)
Mandatory skills needed:
Familiarity with WFTDA policies and procedures (should be knowledgeable enough to identify if something is outdated)
Knowledge of curriculum and testing development and evaluation methodologies
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with development of online educational materials
General Responsibilities:
Provides assistance in development of educational and testing materials using established methodologies
Ensure educational validity of online materials
Perform regular evaluations of test validity and coherency
Helping in creating and updating the Online Learning & Testing style guide
Specific Responsibilities:
Provide expert assistance to ensure generated educational and testing materials conform to known standards for online educational materials.
Ensure validity of online educational materials
Perform regular analyses of curriculum and tests to ensure valid outcomes are occurring.
