Position: Support Lead (Statsbook and Officiating History Document)
Time Commitment: 3-5 hours per month
We are hiring for a support lead for both the Officiating History Document and Statsbook. The support lead is responsible for coordinating and answering questions from the public on each of the two products and will compile and raise awareness of bugs to the appropriate team. Familiarity with each of these products is strongly preferred. Each product will be supported by a team of a project lead, 2-3 developers, a testing lead, and 1-2 testers.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with the Statsbook and/or the Officiating History document
- Ability to understand user feedback, clarify when necessary, and summarize the results
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with technical teams
- Desire to build user-friendly products
- Experience using Google Docs
General Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the Officiating History Document and/or the Statsbook
- Work with Officiating Pillar committees when implementing Officiating Products
